LOGICAL CONTENT VENTURE (LCV) is a co-production fund created to enable private and institutional investors to participate in the financing of a diversified catalog of French and international film and audiovisual assets. LCV invests through proprietary sourcing of several hundred films and series per year, and an exclusive co-financing agreement with Pathé. LCV provides access to a high-performance asset class uncorrelated with financial markets, while offering a diversified and selective portfolio.

LOGICAL FINANCING

LOGICAL FINANCING concentrates the Group's equity investment activity in films and series, either directly or through financing deals with producers. The division is also responsible for centralizing deal flow/sourcing for audiovisual projects, managing project review committees, then directing them to Group companies and identifying possible synergies for their implementation.

LOGICAL FINANCING is managed by Logical Pictures, a management company registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). Logical Pictures creates and manages specialized investment funds.

LOGICAL AFRICAN STORIES invests in African content (films and series) and equity stakes in companies in the continent's audiovisual and cinema ecosystem. Its aim is to promote the development of a new generation of African talent and participate in the consolidation of an emerging industry.
